**Before you read on to my profile, I'm now wearing two hats: one for the office work and one as a side job for repairing. If anyone in the local area needs some repair work done, drop me a message. Also, before reading on to the rest of this, I have been asked by some of you if I can speak Italian or do I have some mix of italian because of my choice of words and sayings I put on here. To answer that so there is no confusion - No, I do not speak nor have a mix of it BUT, I DO eat it-Hahaa! I think the people, the culture and their foods are nice. So, here we go.

I'm looking for my future Mrs., hopefully my better half. I figured this time I would try something different, a new direction, possibly a different angle. In italian they say "..Casa senza fimmina 'mpuvirisci." to mean : How poor is a home without a woman! The italian also say that "..chi dorme non piglia pesci." To mean in english: he who sleeps doesn't catch the fish! I've heard that "...Every man is his own island." Not sure exactly where I've heard this, it could be safe to say in a simple song. I've read that, self indulgence speaks the voice of greed. So to be real with it, these words are not the right way for me to live this life. I'm no island, so with that in mind, this is who I am and my strengths.

I stand 5 feet and 7 inches Tall, my friends would agree that I'm a confident and outgoing person that enjoys good conversation and travelling. I always have them laughing and can bring a smile to the face of even the coldest person in the world. My friends would also agree that I am a gentleman and someone who once you get to know you will always find reliable. I'm not the religious type, but I do have strong belief in the good word. I believe in treating yourself and others around you right. I'm passionate about something whenever I'm involved in it and always give my best. Guess it's safe to say it could help (or do some damage for me in my case, haha) for those that enjoy to go dancing. Just be prepared to get in a laugh when I'm not looking, haha! I'm not the best dancer but, I can keep good rhythm. As for music, Who can live without it right? My taste in music can go anywhere from some early vintage jazz recordings to the classic 60's and 70's soul and r'n'b singers of today. Way too many to name hahaa! I write too, so a good beat, song and lyrics does it for me everytime ("Message In A Bottle" by The Police is my profile song for on here, haha!). As for movies or tv, I don't watch much BUT if and whenever I do, it's mostly some comedy or even a good old classic western. I enjoy watching and playing sports mostly basketball, cooking and I'm into comedy and humour. I love to share and have a good laugh most of the time. I have strong hands. My father gave me these.

Although I'm not wealthy, I can honestly say that I'm refined in so many ways. I work for a client shared company and I will be changing job titles soon. My goals are to change careers, finish writing on my story ideas, be more creative and settle down. I never judge a person by their looks. Getting to know that person for who they truly are on the inside is the best way to learn about and appreciate someone. Now I'm looking for a woman who is passionate, understanding, supportive and caring. In italian it is said that "..chi trova un amico trova un tesoro." In english it means: "He who finds a friend, finds a treasure." She will be who I want to share my life with and be the reason I close this account here in POF.

*Here are a some random things that you might find interesting about me:
1. When I was about sixteen or seventeen I was in a european candy bar commercial with three others and we were filmed going up in a hot air balloon, fun stuff haha!

2. I make a mean plate of steak and potatoes, YUMMFF! Hahaa!

3. On the weekends I take a bike ride for about half an hour to keep my health up.

4. I helped take care of a pet puppy (it's between homes currently. I'll update later).

5. A cousin and I entered a radio promotion contest for a concert and we had a chance to meet Salt -n- Pepa and we won. En Vogue was not there, but we did meet Salt, Pepa and Spin. That was cool too.

6. I'm a gentleman and I always put my lady first.

7. This is the longest profile I have ever written on.

8. I've been told that my best features are my eyes.

9. I'm a funny guy. See. I bet it tickled you to read that, haha!

10. I like white chocolate.

11. I've tried rock climbing, been to Las Vegas, camping and surfing once. I want to try all of that again soon.

12. I make random friends every where I go.

13. My dad and I rebuilt an entire engine in a car I owned once some years back.

14. I was called a teddy bear once and it was the best compliment a guy could recieve.

15. I have NEVER lost a game of Tic-Tac-Toe, haha.

16. I'm saving up to buy myself a more professional tool set for work.

17. I dreamt once of seeing a mermaid. I think mermaids are real.

18. I'm just joking, I don't believe mermaids are real haha!

19. I brush and floss my teeth more than necessary. I can not and will NOT live without a toothbrush!

20. I'm an uncle of three. I'm in one of the pics with one of my neices, so if you have a kid/kids it's alright to.

21. I like tacos.

22. I'm a big, big fan of SPONGE BOB SQUARE PANTS! Hahaa!

23. I come on here to read your page and update this often.

As for a first date, there are so many different things to do so nothing is ever set in stone. Maybe a nice slow walk and talk at a beach or doing something we both can be active in that is stress free, no pressure and simple. Or, just a visit to a nice coffee place for a sit and talk works too. I want to share the good times with someone new. If I DO NOT fit who you are looking for, keep trying and you will find the right person out there.
