Hi all out there... Im a kind and caring guy who is trying to find friends and ultimately, if everything works out well, someone who I can settle down with.

I'm a fan of Rock music, and always love a good sing along, but I'm not the worlds greatest dancer, so I dont really go out clubbing as such, just tend to enjoy nights at the pub.

I've started a lot of keep fit recently trying to lose those 'few extra pounds' (and if truth be told, a few more on top of that) which seems to be working quite well, but I've become a bit of a calorie bore recently so I need someone to take my mind off it a bit.

Aside from that, I'd like to think i'm fairly normal if maybe a little quiet - think of me as the strong silent type until I get to know someone - or have a few pints in me - whichever comes first.

I'm fairly open minded and would love to discuss options. I'm happy enough with pretty much anything - pub, cinema, restaurant, or even just having a decent walk around and chat (as long as the weathers nice of course !)
