Hello and thanks for reading. I am looking to make new friends post-divorce (1 year). I figure it's time to get out there and find some nice, civil and like-minded people. Friends first is fine as I am not looking to bedhop. My interests are many but I suppose I should say I enjoy being outside as much as possible. I like children and animals and love to be around them. I have raised 2 kids myself (2 step-daughters) and appreciate the time, efforts and sacrifices of doing so. I love to laugh and I also love sports. I like to cylce and I make sure to work out too. I am a kind person and respecting of others. I can cook anything on the grill. No psycho game-player here. Just a genuine, honest guy looking for what most of us are. Also, due to past experiences; if you do not have a pic, are overweight or older than 47, I will not respond - thanks. UPDATED: Hmmm, let me reiterate: I'm not interested in being led to believe your pics are recent when they are actually 5 years old and 50 lbs off. Please don't misrepresent yourself to me. First date, hummmm. Maybe a dinner at the beach with a nice glass of wine followed by a walk on said beach. I like to talk and I like to listen. People are full of different experiences and viewpoints and I like that. Nothing too formal, just a fun and easy-going atmoshphere. I would want my date's input as to what she wanted to do also :)
