My main aim in life is to be healthy and happy. I am a fairly laid back, relaxed and caring person who prefers a stress free way of life.

I have an 11 year old son (who currently lives with his mum) who I enjoy spending as much time with as possible. He's growing up quickly now though and I think he'd rather spend time with friends than his 'uncool' dad !!

I enjoy a variety of TV programmes, things like 24, Lost, Lie To Me, Spooks, Without a Trace, Prison Break, Heroes, etc etc etc. I also enjoy a good film (Cinema or DVD) and am happy sitting through almost anything !!

My taste in music is again varied and I'll listen to anything once (and sometimes only once).

I also enjoy watching most sport and playing the odd Video Game in any spare time I get.
