Do you have a great personality, a quirky sense of humour and a positive attitude?
I find that a positive attitude carries you through the rough spots in life and in relationships.I gauge on attitude and personality and believe you can judge a person to some degree on how they treat family,friends,small children,animals and waiter's and waitress's.
I enjoy life to the fullest and I would really like to share mine with that someone special. I think i have a realistic outlook ,I know who i am,Im happy with myself and hopefully you are too .I believe if you arent happy and content within,then you can't be content ,happy or satisfied with someone else,basically...Must be able to love yourself ;before you are able to love someone else.
I'm not 20(d*mn) any more or a male model(except in funhouse mirrors), but i stay active and try and eat well... but like the hourglass ....my sands have shifted a bit , I'm comfortable with whom I am. A few extra pounds should come off, but they seem to be very happy where they are; despite efforts to the contrary.
I enjoy walking everywhere,biking,reading, MOVIES(big time), playing cards and some traveling (Ive been all the way to Hopewell Rocks and Shediac Whooo Hooo) ! Ok I just got back from Florida this February 2009 and been to Halifax did the Cabot Trail(in 2008 and June 2009) and to Vegas in September 2009.
My trips to Europe were a long time ago the 70's and 80's -please put a 19 in front of those- and no, I wont tell my kids i hitch hiked in Europe in the 70's ,by myself;(I dont think they need to know everything!!!!),So lets do some relaxing,enjoying life and spending time with each other if it works ...fine ..if not we can part as adults and be friends!...
. I enjoy most music; been to quite a few live concerts' saw Joan Baez, Paul McCartney in Toronto.Burton Cummings in Halifa,recently Johnny Reid and Great Big Sea in Moncton...I'm sorry i could not get a ticket to Leonard Cohen but my taste is diverse;mainly leaning to classic rock.
Theatre from Beauty and the Beast here in Moncton to "We will rock You" and "Dirty Dancing" in Toronto last year .I'M busy and active; but i dont mind some down time to snuggle on the couch and catch a movie at home.
Well in dog years: im ancient, BUT I dont think I look,feel or act like im in my 50's. What is the bar on that one?

Well I believe in slow ...so first meeting would be for coffee(ok i only drink tea) ,,,then we can go on a date ;maybe a walk or a quiet dinner to get to know each other better.
